Each block that gets created every two to three minutes grants a reward not only for the miner but also for the founders. The stacked barchart below shows the total reward divided up into two sections. The bottom half is the reward for the miner(s) that found the block and the top half is the reward that the founders receive. The height of the bar shows the total block reward.
